OUR HORSES

Trainability and Elegance!

SWS Jagerbomb

"Vex" is a 3yo Warmblood cross filly by SWS Jagermeister, who's lines traced back include Capone (Imp.), Grand Kavalier (Imp.), Caprilli (Sire of Campari M, Grandsire of Diamantina!), Rosenkavalier, Cor De La Bryere, and many fantastic horses! She is expected to mature to 16.2-3hh, so she will be a perfect size for me. She is due to be broken in early this year, so watch this space!

SWS Somersby

Cider is the half brother to SWS Jagerbomb (above). His sire is SWS Jagermeister out of a xx mare, Umadiva.

With the bit of work he has had with us, he is proving to be an exceptionally trainable young man with such a laid back attitude! He will be broken in early this year, and along with his sister will be taken out and campaigned in led classes when the show season begins again!

Sabbra Cadabra

Penny is 9yo, approx 16hh TB mare. She is our up and coming dressage mare. With three rhythmic uphill paces, it is expected that she will do well in this area. She is a very careful jumper also, quiet, sensible with incredible trainability and rideability. When she has finished her ridden career, she will be a broodmare for future stars with Jayem Dressage.

Had her first start at the SA Country Dressage Championships in Naracoorte this year. Had fantastic feedback from excellent judges, including Luciano D'elia. One judge had her sitting in 4th place after her first test! We are certainly expecting fantastic things from this mare.

Fondly Remembered - Jayem Unique Enigma

Also known as Jock. The big man was sadly laid to rest on the 13th of January 2012 after a brutal battle with colic. He was a 17hh, 12yo off the track Thoroughbred. Sired by Flying Spur, he was built more like, and moves like a warmblood rather than a TB. Super quiet to do anything with, was well educated and safe but not for real beginner riders. More for the novice rider that is confident and has basic riding ability. Had competed in show jumping, show horse classes and been successful in dressage comps, even though he had only been doing dressage since the start of '09. Was trained with Maree Tomkinson, International Grand Prix dressage rider for his entire dressage career. Was competing official Novice and training Elementary/Medium at home.

Would have had his first start at Elementary level in 2012. Perfect when out trail riding, at the beach or in the pines. Easy to do anything with. Did not bite, kick, buck or rear. Completely safe to handle, so he was perfect for novice riders and handlers.
